Shipping & Return Policies:
We want our customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible! Most orders will be available to pick-up in-store or will ship out within two hours, with some exceptions for pre-order textbooks during the beginning of each semester. Check your order status for confirmation that your order has been completed.

Our Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you have any problems please contact us at 724-357-3145, or email us at co-op-store@iup.edu so we can work to correct the issue. In case of a return, be sure to wrap your package securely and use UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post for shipment. Include the packing slip along with the reason for the return indicated.
