We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
We can also arrange to process your order and hold until we receive
payment by check.
Prices
IUPStore.com maintains our site with regular updates and changes.
Unfortunately, some errors do occur and prices are subject to
change. Prices will be raised only when increased costs leave us no
other choice. IUPStore.com is not responsible for typographical
errors and reserves the right to change listed prices without
notice.
PRICING POLICY
CATALOG prices are manufacturer’s list price. IUPStore.com will
discount most catalog items 15-40% off.
Specials and promotions listed on the web site are shown at net
price and are not subject to further discount.
Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Service Department will
calculate your order total, add shipping charges and email a
confirmation for your approval and payment.
Shipping
All orders over $150.00 placed at IUPStore.com get Free Shipping
when shipped within the 48 contiguous United States by standard
ground service; service to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged
prevailing UPS rates. Note that oversize packages, UPS standard or
otherwise, are exempt from our free freight offer.

We generally mark items that require truck or oversize handling
by a "truck" icon. When an order is placed for an oversize item, a
Customer Service Rep will contact you with rate information and
delivery details prior to processing your order. Any promotions for
free freight do not apply toward orders with oversize items.
Available Expedited Options
Expedited Shipping such as FedEx, UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS
3-Day Select, is available upon request. Rush Orders received before
noon can usually ship that day. After receiving your order, Customer
Service will contact you by E-Mail or phone to inform you of
shipping services and cost. We will ship non-standard shipments at
your expense and only after we have received your approval.
Damages, Shortages, and Returns
Our legal responsibility ends when we deliver your shipment to the
carrier. If you find a shortage of cartons or physical damage, you
must note this on the delivery receipt that you sign. In the event
that the damage is concealed, save all cartons and packing materials
and call the delivering carrier within 24 hours. Request an
inspection of the damage and file a written claim. Merchandise
cannot be returned without our written authorization. Authorized
returns for reasons other than those for which we are responsible
may be subject to a 20% handling and restock charge.
All requests for returns must be made within seven (7) days from
date of shipment. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any
reason and we reserve the right to request inspection at our
distribution facility of all returned merchandise prior to our
accepting a return for credit. If we find that, in our opinion, the
returned merchandise is not salable because of damage to either the
packing or the product or both, we may not accept the returned goods
for credit.
There will be absolutely no returns allowed on the following
merchandise:

- Easels
- Tools
- Projectors
- Special Order Items
Backorders
Items not in stock at the time an order is placed will be
backordered.
